Shipping will be 2 to 4 days from the time the order is placed. There is a flat rate of $5.00. You will receive the tracking number as soon as your package ships.

For personalized Magnets, due to the nature of this product and the fact that each item is made just for you, returns are typically not accepted unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience any issues, please contact us at newriverememories@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
